About Jayleigh

Nurturing young minds is my passion. My previous babysitting experiences as well as my desire to become an early elementary teacher has solidified my desire to support children's growth and development. I have one year of professional experience caring for children aged newborn to 11 years old. I am most comfortable caring for up to two children. My ongoing coursework in Early Childhood Education and Early Child Development has provided me with a solid foundation for providing quality care. I am patient and calm. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether through verbal updates at pickup or regular texts and pictures. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational apps with children. I am also willing to help with light housekeeping.
