We met Jean at the memory care facility I placed both my parents into, she was hired as the Memory Care Supervisor and Med Tech. Her care and standards and ethics were superior to everyone else there. Her knowledge of diabetic and dementia care was the ONLY piece of mind I received on a daily basis, she fine tuned facility care to encompass my Mom's personal needs, something very few people can do. My Mother depended deeply on her, so much so that when decision was made to change facilities, we as her family decided to ask Jean to continue Mom's care as private duty!! Her knowledge and experience as Mom completed her journey with Alzheimer dementia, was a huge source of comfort to us. Anyone else needing her top level care, will be fortunate to get her!!!
