About Jean Marie

With over a decade of experience in senior care and healthcare support, I am a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with a strong background in patient care, medication administration, and team supervision. My experience spans assisted living facilities, senior communities, and clinical settings. I began my career as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), where I developed a solid foundation in hands-on patient care. After 3 years, I was promoted to PCA Supervisor, and later became a trained Medication Technician and Medication Room Supervisor-roles in which I managed medication distribution, documentation, and staff oversight. . I am certified in First Aid and CPR, and I have extensive experience supporting individuals with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. My goal is always to provide dignified, respectful, and patient-centered care.
