About Jeanne

Jeanne is a gem ! It was my 84 year old aunt that she helped with for 2 1/2 years. Jeanne was the rock of our caregiving team. Soon after joining our team, Jeanne began managing the schedules of the caregivers and handling all the scheduling changes that come up in the course of business. Jeanne was also in charge of paying the rest of the caregiving team and handling reimburesements for out of pocket expenses. Jeanne even handled most of the tele-doc and in-office doctor visits for my Aunt. Jeanne would pick up meds or food as needed to help ease the burden on the family. In many other ways, Jeanne also worked to help ease the burden of the family by helping around the house and in the yard if my Aunt was snoozing. Jeanne is a woman of great character and trustworthy in all respects. Jeanne formed a great bond with my Aunt that lasted until her passing. They enjoyed getting out for car rides, watching the birds outside her window as well as the traffic, watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune as well as games like puzzles and sticker books. Jeanne covered when others needed time away, allowing me time away. She is hard-working, resourceful and caring. Jeanne's experience and insight were most helpful as we progressed through different stages of my Aunt's digression. Over the 2 1/2 years, she became a part of our family and will remain a friend going forward. Cannot say enough about Jeanne. Highly Recommend !!
