My family is so grateful to have had Jean's help with my mother-in-law, who has severe dementia. Jean immediately connected with her, and appeared genuinely at ease in an old, "well-lived-in" home complete with a trio of old dogs and a surrounding jungle. She provided kind, honest, and compassionate care, and knew what was needed to make my mother-in-law more comfortable. With her experience with the healthcare system and different types of care, she was able to advise us on different home care, hospice, and nursing home options available to us, and how they would be covered. Unfortunately we're in the process of moving my mother-in-law to a nursing home, but Jean helped prepare us for that possibility as well. I would recommend her for anyone needing a kind, knowledgable, and trustworthy caregiver for their loved one.
