Hello, I'm Jenny! I'm relatively new to the Portland area - I moved here in 2024 from Utah. After working in biotech for 16 years, I was in need of some life changes, which included moving to Oregon. Shortly after I moved to Portland, I started working in a memory care neighborhood where I planned activities for the residents, as well as leading those activities. This job was unlike anything I'd ever done before, and it stretched my soul in a way that I've never experienced. I realized I have the ability to connect with and hold space for people in a vulnerable state. My experience in the memory care neighborhood prompted me to take an end of life doula training. I hope to use my newly found skills to bring happiness, joy, and peace to those in need.
