I am knowledgeable and familiar with operating Hoyer lifts, feeding tubes, medication IVs, catheters, suction machines, catheter changes, wound care, and assisting with routine physical therapy exercises. Jennifer was amazing throughout the whole process! She accompanied my 81 year old mother on a day trip. It could not have gone better. She was warm and professional and gave my mom some much needed independence. My mom is already planning her next outing!

Articulating in words the magnitude and scope of how Jen has cared for my brother and father over the last several months not to mention managing my stress level has been earth shattering.  I am a person that has very high expectations and every step of the way Jen has exceeded what I could of ever imagined.  Jen does this with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind, always with a smile, with wit and humor, with structure and responsibility.  Her dedication to her craft and love and passion for her clients cannot be understated.  My brother and father despite their limitations are always laughing and enjoying her company. Jen and her team took care of my wife for 6 months.   They were kind, compassionate and skilled.  She had dementia and cancer.  They were able to accomplish many things we were not able to with the dementia.   They were very patient with her and learned her needs and gradually gained her trust.  They were respectful of our home.  She had a sudden decline the week before Christmas and they changed their schedule and gave up time with their families to help our sudden need for
24 hour care so we could hire as little agency help as possible.  Jen’s experience was invaluable.  The last months of her life were happier and more comfortable because of Jen and her team.  They brought her joy.  We will miss them.  



Jen was an amazing caregiver. She professionally and kindly helped me with every day self care tasks following my diagnosis of a concussion. She also offered to do other household tasks like refrigerator cleaning so that I could focus on getting better. I felt completely comfortable with her and enjoyed our conversations about many aspects of both her lives. I was initially a bit concerned that a health care worker would be intrusive but she completely mitigate any concerns I had. It was a pleasure to have her in our lives.

Jennifer has been a great resource for our family as we navigate our situation.  Not only does she provide great care and companionship for my husband, but she helps with tasks around the house to help ease my burden.  She’s also been able to share ideas  to make things easier and safer as I’m still learning how to be a caregiver for my husband.  

Jennifer has been absolutely amazing.  I hired her to help my mom with various odds and ends that she has trouble doing anymore, and my mom has been absolutely thrilled.  Jennifer is very friendly and thoughtful, super organized, very detail-oriented, patient, and hardworking.  They have done all kinds of projects together now and my mom couldn't be happier.  We feel very lucky to have found Jennifer and look forward to working with her for a long time!

There’s no one my family has found like Jen. She’s so beyond patient and understanding and goes so so many extra miles for our family and for my mom’s very specific and somewhat serious needs. She’s beyond approachable and well informed and professional but never too formal- she’s everything we could ask for and so so much more. She’s grown into so much more than a caregiver for my mom, who so deeply adores her. A true god send

My mom took to Jen right away. She has not accepted other paid caregivers.  She has very flexible and responsive to our needs.  Hard working and supportive.  My mom is in a difficult stage of dementia and none of it scares Jen.  She has only been with us a month but I hope she will be with us til the end.  

Jen has been a godsend, not only for our 92 year old mother, but our family. With only one family member locally, it became necessary to enlist extra help when our mother needed daily care due to missed medications, etc. Jen has proven over the past year to not only be reliable, but an invaluable part of our mothers’ overall care. Her expertise with the elderly has led to practical solutions in various areas, including safety and nutrition, allowing our mother to remain aging in place.  More importantly, Jen has become a bright spot in our mothers’ world. Going above and beyond, she is now her welcomed friend . . . along with the added bonus of four-footed visitors on occasion!

She is very compassionate and is an amazing provider. She puts her clients first and goes above and beyond to help them with anything they need! She had great suggestions and many ways to make life easier.

I have seen Jennifer care for and interact with her clients and am impressed with her skills and kindness. Each client is special to her. She tries to get each client to function at their best ability. She is willing to take clients to  doctors appointments, run errands, Etc if the family requests it. She is always reliable and on time and dedicated to her clients 

Jennifer was a blessing to our family. She came in over a spring break and ended up staying with our family for several years after. She worked overnights as our mother was in her final days of life. Any family would be fortunate to have her. 

Jennifer and her team have been excellent with my mom after her back surgery. Taking her to appointments, running errands and cleaning up her place. We have received detailed updates from Jennifer after her visits and she has been patient and kind with my mother.
