About Jennifer

I bring over 20 years of experience in childcare with a deep understanding of typical and specialized care needs. As a mother of three children, 2 with special needs, I have experience supporting children with diverse medical & developmental needs. My 7-year-old has profound autism, is nonverbal, & requires a high level of care. This personal background has given me the skills & confidence to work with children who have complex care needs, including g-tube feeding & other specialized medical supports. Professionally, I have served as a postpartum night care provider, a nanny, & successfully operated an in-home daycare for over a decade. I am passionate about enriching the lives of children & helping them learn, grow, & thrive in a nurturing environment. I am equally comfortable caring for pets, performing light housekeeping, & managing all aspects of a child's daily care. My approach blends patience & professionalism, ensuring that every child feels safe & supported.
