About Jennifer

I'd describe my personality as friendly, compassionate, and upbeat. I like tutoring because I understand that sometimes students need extra support that extends beyond the classroom. I'm looking for a job that provides me an opportunity to help students while earning a little extra income for my family. I have tutored students off and on throughout my 29 year teaching career. In my spare time, I like to exercise, read, and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I taught middle school English for 24 years and I currently teach 9th grade English. My skills include subject matter expertise, the ability to relate to students and communicate effectively, and I am very patient.
