I have experience in puppy care, dog training, dog walking and pet sitting in your home or mine. I was a trained veterinary technician and can handle medical treatment as well.

Jennifer went above and beyond while taking care of our elderly cat , Amber, including making additional trips and going to the store to get different foods for her to eat.  I would highly recommend her! 

We are in a unique situation as Delilah, our shihtzu, fell down the stairs last year and is paralyzed in her back legs. She requires a diaper change and cleaning.  Jen has been taking care of Delilah for a few weeks now and we couldn't be happier! Delilah is always clean and happy, as is her "area" which usually needs to be cleaned as well.  Also, since she is not entirely continent on her own, I appreciate that Jen takes the time to text me when she is leaving so that I know when Delilah was last taken care of, which helps me schedule my afternoon.  I highly recommend Jen and would not hesitate to hire her to stay with the girls (I have another shihtzu as well which does not require daily care) next time we go away!

Jennifer was great!  My girls were very happy in her care.  She sent texts and pictures after visits which eased my mind in knowing that they were being taken care of at the appointed times.  The water dishes were totally full and clean when I got home which has been a pet peeve in the past with other sitters.  I hope to have Jennifer back for our next trip away!  So glad we found each other!!

We have had Jennifer caring for our 3 dogs, for almost 2 years now. There hasn't been a day that's gone by since we first hired her that we aren't not thankful we found her. Every day without fail Jennifer shows up to walk our dogs, play with them, or feed them for us when last minute work keeps us away later than expected.  She has stayed in our home to care for them while we traveled, and she sends us photos and videos to keep us updated. She always goes out of her way to try and accommodate us despite what I am sure is a very busy schedule for her. The positive change in our dogs' behavior has been noticeable, and we look forward to working with her in the future.

This was our 1st time leaving our 2 boys home and Jennifer immediately put us at ease.  She asked questions we didn't even think about to cover all bases in an emergency.  Very responsive, sent updates and pictures daily...we will definitely use her again in the future.  They were relaxed and comfortable when we returned home with fresh water and big hugs for us.  So glad we found Jennifer.

I found Jennifer on Care.com.  She was everything I was hoping to find and more.  My mom suddenly and unexpectedly fell ill and has been in a rehab facility for several weeks recovering.  My dad works long hours and I was desperate to find someone experienced, reliable and compassionate to walk, feed and play with my parent's dog Lexi.  Jennifer responded quickly and made herself available immediately.  Lexi fell in love with her instantly and so did we.  We plan to continue on with Jenn for a long, long time.  I could not recommend her more highly.

Jennifer took care of our disabled and cancer stricken mini pin during his final days. She was a such a caring and an understanding person. I am so glad that she was the one who took time out to help our disabled baby.
Note:  I have interviewed couple of people from care.com who claimed to be a dog person and have experience but many turned out to be not as advertised. But you will know right away once you see her interact with your dog that she is the right person.

We could not have asked for a better person to come visit our young dog during the day. Jennifer really seemed like she liked and cared about our little dog, and she was absolutely wonderful to her and us. We had arranged to interview a few caregivers, but once we saw how she interacted with our pet, we hired her immediately. From a business standpoint, you could not ask for better. She was the first person to respond to our email, the first to return our phone call, and was extremely accommodating to the needs of our flexible schedule. For example, we could arrange extra visits or cancel them on literally a couple of hours notice. She always left detailed notes for us, provided extensive information on nutrition, and paid attention to our pets well being as well- letting us know if she was sick or if we should change her food. She was prompt and exceedingly reliable. I had come home early a few times, only to find her pulling into our driveway or pulling out right on time! She also made a photo of our little dog for us which we keep in our living room; it was a great little gesture. We will recommend her to everyone we know without hesitation, and we are very grateful for her services.

Jennifer was so wonderful. She pet-sat for us while we traveled and it was very reassuring to know our two kittens were well cared for while we were gone. She was incredibly professional, prompt, and compassionate. Our playful kitten loved her and our skittish kitten was even peeking out to see her! She sent us a text everyday we were gone letting us know our kitties were happy, even including a couple pictures which we loved. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area, even my overprotective boyfriend felt comfortable leaving our babies in her care!

Words cannot begin to express the gratitude I feel in finding such a lovely, professional and skilled caregiver for my beloved Bobo.  Upon meeting Jen, her clear love of animals was readily apparent- as Bobo took to her at once.  (Indeed, many would say that our pets are the best judges of character, and know exactly who is a "genuine" animal lover!)  Coupled with her years of experience and calm demeanor, I knew that I could rest assured that Bobo would be well cared for during the course of my long workdays.  Thank you, thank you...Bobo & I found a gem!

Jennifer has really helped us train our Yorkie puppy.  He needed to know he wasn't in charge, and her suggestions helped.  She has been walking him regularly and this has made a real difference.

Jennifer is an extremely experienced, compassionate and professional animal caregiver who is helping me with my cat's medical needs. She can easily interact with my cat and help me apply the needed medication in a quick, caring and efficient manner that minimizes stress on my cat.
