Even before coming to clean, she kept good open communication about what she could do and scheduling, and good communication on when she was arriving to look at the apartment for a quote. She showed up early to clean, was great with the cats, did an amazing job getting crud off of the stove and bathroom that we couldn't get off before. Hard worker who was quick and efficient. I'll be bringing her back!
