About Jennifer

I help people feel comfortable and safe. I also treat people with respect and compassion no matter what their circumstances. My past experience includes being a driver and companion for a woman who loved to go to events but had a condition that made it very difficult for her to get around. I also helped her with errands and housework. In another position I tracked and scheduled doctor's appointments for 12 individuals, most of them seniors, with intellectual and other disabilities, living in 3 different group homes. I also transported the folks, attended the appointments and communicated doctor's orders, etc. with staff at the houses, guardians, and my boss. I maintained relationships with all of these folks and cared for them and their welfare very much. I'm looking for a position with someone who likes to get out and do things but who just needs help to do so. Or alternatively, as respite care for families who need some help and relief caring for their loved ones.
