*No minimum hours, flexible respite care. Certified Medical Assistant with 28 years of clinic medical experience. I can help with transportation services, basic medical management, meal preparation, medication monitoring, companion care, dog duties and so on. I have an associate degree as a Certified Medical Assistant from Waukesha County Technical College. I have worked with my current employer for 28 years, working in a variety of specialties from Urgent care, gastroenterology, general surgery, dermatology to podiatry. I am able to trim nails. I am available Friday-Sunday. If special needs arise, I can be available after dinner. With advanced notice I could be flexible with hours, eves etc. Vital parts to successful caregiver/patient partnership: working together as a team, knowing expectations, flexibility, boundaries, respect, trust and open communication. Hourly rate is determined by amount of hours needed, days vs evenings, weekends, holidays or acute status check
