Dear Family, Does your elementary student need help with their summer reading and math requirements.? I encourage kids to grow in reading, writing, and math. I enjoy using games, songs, and movement to help them learn. I will provide an activity summary of our sessions. I have 28 years of classroom teaching experience. My personality is friendly, creative, and caring. I like tutoring because I want each child to have intrinsic value. I would like a job that allows a young person to have the time, and individualized attention that they need to learn. I started tutoring many years ago when I had a new student join my class. During this time, we found the child needed glasses and instruction on 2 vowel words. I like to sing, read, hike, bake, enjoy my grandchildren, and study the Bible. One thing you should know about me is I have 33 years as an early childhood educator. My skills include assessment skills, creativity and patience.
