I'm a holistic caregiver who believes true care means tending to the body, mind, and spirit. I bring calm, comfort, and connection to every person I support. I'd describe my personality as optimistic, compassionate, open-minded. I like caring for seniors because It fulfills me to help others feel seen, cared for, and supported ~ tending not only to their daily needs but also to their peace of mind and sense of connection. I'm looking for a caregiving role that allows me to offer holistic, person-centered care--supporting physical needs while also nurturing emotional comfort and quality of life. I was first drawn to caring for seniors while supporting my grandfather through Alzheimer's. I like to meditate & listen to music of all kinds for relaxation. I also love being outdoors in nature and going for hikes. I am very trustworthy and loyal. I will treat your family member as if it was my own.
