For four years, I've been privileged to assist adults with respite care, transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I hold a high school degree, and I am certified in CPR and First Aid. My approach is patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with care. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
