For the past five years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. with some college education, I'm equipped to assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. I am compassionate, detail-oriented, and adept at adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I provide regular updates to families via their preferred communication method.
