I have personal experience caring for elderly family members, which taught me patience, responsibility, and compassion. It all started when I took care of my grandfather, who was diabetic. I was responsible for taking him to his doctor's appointments, giving him his medications on time, preparing his meals, and helping manage his medical schedule. After he passed away, I became the main caregiver for my grandmother for over two years. During that time, I prepared her meals, assisted with light housekeeping, accompanied her to medical appointments when needed, and kept track of her health-related schedule. I also helped her remember daily tasks and important dates, as she began experiencing memory difficulties. She now has another caregiver, but I continue to support her whenever I can. This experience made me feel confident and fulfilled in providing care and companionship to seniors.
