My background includes a college degree and experience in previous care roles. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of building connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I'm skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and always follow their preferred method. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I speak Spanish, have a car, and am comfortable with pets.
