About Jenny

Hi! My name is Jenny and I am a former math and science teacher, tutor, and current graduate student. I am passionate about learning new things and helping others learn. I have 2 years' experience teaching math and science in a 1:1 setting for grades 6 through 12, and 1 year of experience in a traditional classroom setting working with students with a variety of backgrounds and academic needs. On top of that, I have 7+ years of experience as a 1:1 tutor for a variety of subjects at all age ranges, including math, English, science, violin, standardized test prep, and college calculus. I have successfully worked with students with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, ASD, and other mental health needs. I am happy to teach content, help with homework, teach organization/time management/study skills, create study plans for standardized tests, review and revise essays, and more!
