Bringing comfort and support to people is something that's always come naturally to me. I'm a compassionate and detail-oriented caregiver with a B. S. in human biology from UCSD, and years of experience assisting people with various mental and physical challenges. My goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of adults and seniors, while also supporting their families with reliable care. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Building a comfortable environment is important to me.
