Jerline is a loyal, caring and compassionate caregiver. She always goes the extra mile and treats her client like family. She was with us for 2 years without ever calling out. She was dedicated to the best care and recognizing when something was off in her client. She communicated well with family and other caregivers. She was out primary trainer of new staff to ensure techniques was relayed and executed well. Very professional with Dr appt visits and advocating for her client. I would hire Jerline 10x again if I had the chance. She will not disappoint!
