I am writing this review to share my experience regarding Jessaida’s reliability and communication. Unfortunately, her employment was marked by consistent last-minute call-outs, which left me with no time to find backup care. This directly resulted in me being late for work and losing income on multiple occasions. Furthermore, there was a significant lack of transparency regarding her long-term intentions. She initially struggled to communicate her desire to quit to focus on other endeavors, only to later return and then quit again with almost no notice. While she may have other talents, her lack of professional commitment and poor communication made it impossible to maintain a stable schedule. I would not recommend her for roles that require high dependability.
