Making a real difference in people's lives is what drives me as a caregiver. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, and I am trained in CPR and First Aid. My experience includes respite care, transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm also skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I have a college degree and a car, and I am comfortable with pets. My approach is compassionate, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.
