I hired Jess for a three-hour house cleaning job focused on two bathrooms and the kitchen. She did a fantastic job on both bathrooms — very thorough and detailed. However, she wasn’t able to finish the kitchen in time and needed a few reminders to clean certain spots. Since she seems to be newer to cleaning, I think she did a pretty good job overall. I would love to see her work a little faster and pay closer attention to detail, like cleaning around the stove area and removing decorations to clean underneath. The kitchen floor was not completed due to time. That said, she has great potential and a positive attitude.
