We were so disappointed with Jessica. We had a wonderful interview with her and she went through the entire hiring process with the area agency in Concord. Once she was officially hired she ghosted us. She refused to answer emails, texts or phone calls. It is remarkably unprofessional to not even give a simple courtesy email acknowledging the outreach with a simple explanation. Second thoughts about a job is fine, but her total abandonment of us put our family in a very difficult position having to go back out and find a replacement.
