About Jessica

Hello! I'm Jessica, a 25-year-old Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in Salem, NH. With over three years of experience, I've worked in skilled nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, memory care, and home care. I'm starting nursing school in April, so I'm looking for part-time work until then and plan to transition to per diem once my studies begin. I have hands-on experience with Hoyer Lifts, Sit-to-Stand Lifts, and physical therapy support. I am certified in dementia and Alzheimer's care, and skilled in managing behavioral issues using de-escalation techniques. I also have hospice experience, providing end-of-life care to patients and families. I'm passionate about person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and emotional support. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, theater, and spending time with my identical twin stepdaughters and two cats.
