A little about me: I have a bachelor's degree in neuropychology and also experience with yoga/meditation/art. So I LOVE incorporating deep breathing to entrain nervous systems calmly, playing classical and other high vibrational music for serenity and development, and also just being an all around good vibed person so that children feel safe and nurtured.
