Jessica is outstanding! I have hired caregivers over the last 20 yrs for my parents, in-laws and sibling care and she is the best we have ever had. She has assisted with my brothers care over the last several months and we all love her! She is very reliable, knowledgeable, caring, hard working and becomes part of the family. Before I wrote this review I want to say that own a business and take reviews very seriously. With that being said and the magnitude of how important this line of care is. This is 100% truth. When i met Jessica I didn’t know what I needed. I knew my mom was sick and needed care at home. This was not an easy task. I had gone threw an agency and it’s not that i wasn’t happy with the people they tried and did the bare minimal. I needed an angel to save My mom and my family. I called Jessica and she answered right away and we set up an interview. She was actually early. Not only was she professional she pretty much quoted me through what we needed and taught me the whole process. After meeting my mom I hired her in the spot! A week later mom was back in the hospital and without even knowing her that long Jessica drive all of the way to visit her. 10 days later mom came home. Jessica was supposed to be in nights, but my mom wanted her on days and she agreed with NO problem. From Feb 15th- May 24 Jessica cared for my sick mom like no one could’ve ever dreamed. She was immaculate with everything. from the physical care ti the emotional care to caring for the house and genuinely loving my mom. There was never a day she was late or called out of work. Her family became our family. She planned special things for mom to make her happy and accomplished that daily. Caregiving is such an extraordinary job. I never knew! Jessica made all of my moms appoints for people coming to the house. Nurses, friends, everything! She went above and beyond every day. Her attention to detail was nothing less then incredible. I never worried when she was there. She gave me the peace that we needed and allowed my mom to live out her wishes of passing at home. We could have never done it without her. I will be internally grateful to her and all she did for us. I recommend her more then highly i wish everyone looking for a caregiver could have her. I truly believe she kept my mom alive for the last 3 months of her life. 

Jessica is a Godsend.   My mom has dementia and Jessica is great with her - patient, caring and firm.  She lives close by and stops by to check on mom even on the weekend.   Jessica prepares mom's mid-day meal and leaves dinner for her as well.  We don't worry about mom when Jessica is with her.  We would definitely recommend hiring her to care for your parent or loved one.

I hired Jessica to care for my 94 year old father who suffered from dementia, was non-ambulatory, and incontinent. She did an wonderful job caring for him.

However, what was truly amazing was her response when my father has nearing his end, she cancelled a family beach trip to support me and care for my father until the end. When I could not be at his side, she was there, holding his hand and speaking softly to him. She helped insure his final days on hospice were comfortable and pain free. And she provided emotion support to his family.

I cannot praise her enough. She is caring, competent, experienced, skilled and display a great deal of empathy. I would provide the highest possible recommendation for her services and willing to speak to those consider hiring her.

I literally can't say enough about how wonderful Jessica is and what a blessing it has been to have her take care of my dad.  Jessica has been a TREMENDOUS help with Dad's recovery from surgery and illness, and the peace of mind she has brought to our family is priceless.  Jessica always goes above and beyond.  She has great communication, she is kind and knowledgeable, very hardworking, and she has built a great rapport with my father, who trusts her implicitly - and that is a huge accomplishment!  Jessica has had a very positive influence on my father's health and has encouraged him to take better care of himself.   Living so far away from my parents, we really needed someone to help, and I am SO VERY THANKFUL that we found Jessica!

I hired Jessica to care for my mother while on Hospice at my sister's home. Jessica was very compassionate, knowledgeable and very considerate of the family. She went above and beyond daily bringing mom treats and handling every situation with great care. I hope when my time is near that my family finds someone as special as Jessica to care for me.

Jessica has helped me take care of my husband for the last six months. He is suffering from late stage Parkinson's disease. Not only her compassion but her professionalism  make her a huge asset in a Home that is struggling to care for an invalid. If necessary, I would hire Jessica in A flash.

Jessica has been such a blessing to us. She is extremely kind and caring, going above and beyond what is required of her. She sees things that need done and automatically does without being asked. She is an amazing person and the best caregiver.She does little thoughtful things that make you feel so special ,  I look forward to the days that she comes to work. Jessica has been a godsend to our family. She is incredibly helpful and thoughtful. My dad absolutely loves her and she takes wonderful care of him. She goes above and beyond to help with housework, doctor's appointments and anything else you ask! I would not be able to continue working if Jessica was not caring for my dad! She is definitely a great caregiver!

Our father was declining in health.  He lived by himself.  We noticed he was not eating and losing weight. We initially hired her to come to his house to get his lunch and increase his socialization.  A few weeks after she began he was admitted into the hospital for several weeks.  We never left him alone.  Jessica came to the hospital and took a shift.  She was willing to stay with him during the night.  She was very compassionate.  Rather than waiting for the nursing staff she'd take care of his personal needs.  She would bathe him, comb his hair, trim his nails, coax him to eat and at times fed him.  She even changed his sheets and gown.  We maintained a communication notebook so each sibling would know what events has taken place.  She was extremely detailed in her documentation.  Sadly our father passed away.  She called us to come to the hospital.  We appreciated her help immensely.  I would definitely call on her I needed a caregiver. 

My father had a stroke and after hospitals and neglectful nursing homes, I decided to bring him to my home. I guess I didn't know what I was taking on and put an ISOLATED on Facebook. A friend of mine quickly responded, find Jessica M. I did. Thank you God. She came to our home and self assured but so very polite, took on the day to day care of my dad. She could convince him to try, to want to eat, to laugh, to take his meds. She could change him, change his sheets while he layer in bed. She kept the entire area clean and pleasant. Jessica gave me and my husband  peace of mind. We knew it was only a matter of time for my dad to pass. She was there for long hours, never leaving his side even after he died, for hours she stayed until a hospice nurse could arrive.  Jessica came back the next day and cleaned, sanitized,  took care of many things for me that probably aren't in her job description. I appreciate every moment she was in our lives. I can't say enough. Thank you.

Jessica was the reason my father did so well, she truly cares for your loved one and gives with her heart! My hope is that if I would ever require a care giver it would be a person of the exact character as Jessica! 

Jessica is a kind hearted very caring person whom takes the upmost care of her clients! She will go over and beyond to make them comfortable! She is very punctual and always willing to pick up time. I have known her for many years...have worked side by side with her at the start of our careers. She is someone I would want taking care of my loved one!
