Jessica was the primary caregiver for my mother and has my family’s everlasting gratitude for all that she did to make her comfortable and happy in her last years. She is kind, warm, caring, honest and gives of herself 100%. None of the family lives in Akron, but we all felt confident that our mother/grandmother was receiving superb care when we weren’t in town, and Jess made a point of FaceTiming with all of us when we weren’t there so that my mother didn’t feel isolated from us.
