I also have a ton of infant and toddler experience and I have also nannied, both long & short-term. I have many families I work for and have known for many years. I like to teach through fun and creative art, science & nature activities- & lots of reading! I know the importance of trying to maintain a schedule & I feel that communication between parents and caregivers is necessary for keeping consistency and important in creating trusting bonds with children, their family & their community. We were so lucky to have Jess as part of our family! She is intuitive, creative, and our daughter absolutely adored her. She was our full-time nanny from the time our daughter was 4w until 2 years old, at which point we were ready to transition her to daycare. She always engaged our child in age-appropriate, developmental activities that made learning fun. She also helped around the house and was proactive—picking up chores without needing to be asked and fitting seamlessly into our routine. She created a caring and supportive environment, and we always felt completely at ease knowing our daughter was with her. We highly recommend Jess to any family looking for a thoughtful nanny.
