About Jessica

Hi! Nurturing children and creating a safe and comfortable environment for parents to leave their children is what I'm truly passionate about. I am on the leadership team at my church and run the nursery (age 0-18mo). I am currently enrolled in an online program to become a postpartum doula and looking to obtain a certification in lactation consulting. With a degree in child development, I taught in child care and preschool settings for over 15 years, caring for children aged newborn to 11, (focusing on newborn - 3 yr). I now have 3 children of my own ages 4, 7, and 12. I'm patient, creative, and approachable. I am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time and I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I will always follow parents' preferred communication methods, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you and your children!
