About Jessie

Hi there! My name is Jessie, and I am a Waco mom, trained social worker (LMSW), and behavior coach at a local elementary school. I am looking to use my skills and interests to make some extra money, pay off some debt from my masters program and support families. I have a child on the autism spectrum, as well as extensive professional training in supporting children with behavioral needs as well as their typically-developing peers. I work normal school days, but am able to provide care every other week after work and weekend. I got my bachelor's degree in early childhood education in 2007, and since then have worked in multiple childcare and school settings. I love playing board games and being creative with kids, and have a knack for getting on the good side of even the grumpiest of kiddoes. I take childrens' safety very seriously and never post about my students or clients online. I have been fingerprint background checked in order to work for the public school system.
