About Jewel

My Name is Jewel, i'm 20 years old, and i'm a Junior in Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Maine. I look forward to helping you and your child in anyway I can. I'd describe my personality as energetic, thoughtful, and kind. I like tutoring because learning is an essential part of life and society. I believe that it's the most important, versatile, and essential skills to have. One of my favorite parts about being alive is how much we learn everyday. I'd love to help your child find the magic that exists in our world through new learning and understanding. In my spare time, I like to read, explore new places, be outside as much as possible, and spend time with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I am extremely adaptable in almost any situation, and something I really pride myself on is my level of empathy and willingness to understand/help. My skills include mathematics, english and science.
