About Jewel

Hi! My name is Jewel . I'm a sophomore Biology Pre-Med student at Norfolk State University from Maryland, working toward becoming an anesthesiologist. I've always loved being around kids-I'm the youngest in my family but have a niece and nephew. In high school, I was in a 3-year teaching program and interned at John Hanson Middle School, where I taught chorus to 6th-8th graders. That experience, along with caring for my niece and nephew, taught me patience, responsibility, and how to create fun, safe environments for kids. I'm excited to support a family in Virginia Beach or surrounding area with childcare that's both fun and structured. I'd describe my personality as Patient, Reliable, Motivated I wanted younger siblings for as long as I can remember-I'm the youngest in my family, so I gravitate toward caring for and looking after younger children. enjoy their energy & creativity. I strive to be someone families can count on and feel comfortable leaving their kids with.
