We had a scheduled September 3 appointment for Jeymi G. to clean my home. She normally confirms ahead of time. I did not hear from her so I messaged her, at which time she said she has a full-time job. Had I not reached out, I would have been waiting for her arrival. This was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Also, I purchased cleaning supplies for her to use. but she took some home, which I want back.
