Some of the best friends I've had in life are seniors. They are from a generation of hard work and respect, and I always enjoy learning from their years of experience. When caring for an older person, I imagine myself in their shoes and the kind of person I would want caring for me. In the recent past, my secular work involved caring for disabled people including some seniors. My duties included bathing, dressing, feeding, taking on outings, reading to, and caring for any other needs they had. Caring for these older ones is very rewarding for me because I gain so much by just getting to know them.
