Jillian is an incredible nanny! She is constantly coming up with games and activities for the kids. She interacts and plays with the kids, which is something that we felt was extremely important. We have had babysitters before that were on their phones constantly, turned on the TV, couldn't look us in the eye or hold an adult conversation. Jillian is nothing like that, she is a sweetheart and truly wants what is best for the children. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She was part of our family for several years when my boys were younger.
