About Jill

I am a dedicated and patient teacher with 10 years of experience. My tutoring sessions help build confidence, improve academic performance and encourage critical thinking that will foster long-term academic independence. I tailor each session to the student's learning style and pace while making it engaging and fun for the student, I'd describe my personality as organized, approachable and positive I like tutoring because it gives me the opportunity to make a difference in a student's learning journey. I enjoy making connections and watching a child grow both in and beyond the classroom. I started tutoring along with being an elementary school teacher. I offered learning pods in my home during Covid. In my spare time, I enjoy pickleball, reading and beach time either my family. My skills include clear communication skills, adaptability and patience.
