Jmyya arrived and I walked her thorugh the house with what the expectations were, handed her the key and said to take her time and let me know when she is finished. Upon arriving back 4 hours later, we walked through the house and upon first review it look okay, I paid her and we parted ways. Upon returning the following morning, I walked through again before returing the keys to the landlord, and I could barely tell anyone had come through and cleaned, there were obvious spots on the flooring that had not been mopped, there were obvious places in the fridge that had been missed (she didn't appear to pull out any of the removeable fridge compartments and clean under them, or the ones in the doors) and there were several areas on the carpeting that still had debris that should have been picked up easily with a vacuum. Overall, it was a very poor cleaning and I has to spend about the same amount of time the following day going back and re-cleaning everything.
