Hello, I'm Joana. I am passionate about my Nursing career with 15 years of experience in nursing field and couple of years experience as a Sitter/Nanny. I have worked to build a relationship with my patients and their families by listening to them and supporting them. I'm known for my ability to solve problems and provide solutions. Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient's advocacy. I respect the dignity of my patients and families. I have experience working with children who have autism, Down syndrome, ADHD and other mental conditions. I'm very communicative, detail-oriented, and I like to think of myself as a team player. I believe I am a great Role Model because, I have a greater sense of patience and respect everyone around me. The ability to wear multiple hats to manage behavioral issues.
