I am former social worker and business owner. I was a social worker until I had my second child in 2006. After the birth of my second child, I stayed home for several years. I then opened a business, in Lansing, MI. I ran this business for approximately 8 years and sold it in 2015. I then began to help take care of my mother part-time . I bathed her, made her meals, scheduled and took her to medical appts. I also did activities with her inside and outside of her home. This ended in December of 2019. I am currently providing help to a woman who was in a car accident and has had some long-term effects. I do her laundry, clean her home and transport her, at times, to appts. I found that I enjoy helping people in this capacity. I am a reliable, friendly and professional person.
