Joan is a fabulous caregiver.  She goes above and beyond in all that she does on the job.  My mom and I have been so very happy having Joan in our lives for the time she stayed with us.  Joan is great in helping reschedule Dr. appointments when necessary and keeping all the schedules in order.  Also, she is an awesome communicator and was always in keeping me informed on what was going on in the day.  I truly appreciate the care and concern she had for my mom. Joan was very caring, patient and kind to my mother.  Joan kept my mother busy with activity books, TV and even took her out to do light shopping.  Joan is very highly recommended as it is quite a relief to go to work or meetings and not have to worry about my mother.

Joan has been a trusted caregiver for my wife for about 5 months.  Joan provides excellent part-time care for my wife, whose two challenging impairments are  visual blindness and Alzheimer's, necessitating  24/7 care coverage.  Joan takes care of most everything for my wife including feeding, toileting, personal cleanliness, helping her get exercise, and getting her ready for bed.  Besides being a skilled and effective caregiver, Joan has established a strong with both my wife and myself;  we each look forward to Joan s early evening shift.  Joan  is very personable and unassuming. She  has connected effectively with my wife, responding to her needs in a way that calms my wife s frequent anxiety and  helps her feel at ease.  This also relieves my stress and concerns about my wife s well-being. I have no concerns about my wife s well-being when Joan is here.
