About Joanna

For the past 15+ years, I've worked as a nanny, and during that time I've come to understand that caregiving is more than just a job for me. It's truly who I am at my core. While I've spent my career supporting children and families, the heart of what I do is about being there for others in meaningful, compassionate ways. I've helped create calm in the midst of chaos, brought structure to busy households, and been someone others could rely on through all of life's ups and downs. These same skills and values are exactly why I know I would be an excellent fit for a position in elderly care. I love being helpful, not just in a practical way but in an emotional sense too. I've spent years learning how to make people feel seen, heard, and cared for. Whether it's preparing meals, keeping a space clean and comfortable, helping with personal tasks, or just being someone to sit and talk with, I show up with warmth, respect, and intention.
