Annie (Joanna) was extremely reliable, understanding, and really put effort into getting to know our toddler and adapting to her rhythm. She was always playful and interactive, patient, and thoughtful (never discouraged, even on the harder days, and respectful of how we did things at home), which meant so much to us.
