Joann has been absolutely fantastic working with us during the pandemic and beyond. She was always punctual and very dependable. She worked directly with our daughter who has Down syndrome during virtual learning and was an excellent partner to her educational team! She was so great with our daughter that the teachers from the school tried to persuade her to apply to be a substitute. She has a wonderful singing voice and a lively spirit. While we both worked virtually during the pandemic, Joann not only helped our daughter academically, but she also provided fun activities, supervision, art and of plenty of songs to entertain her and our son during breaks in the school day. She prepared lunch for both kids, snacks and also helped with light housekeeping. We have no idea how we would have kept our jobs and educated and entertained our children without her this past year and half. She is charming and patient and fun and caring. She'll be a great addition to your family.
