We had the absolute pleasure of having Jo care for our 6-month-old daughter for about a month before she started daycare and we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very first day, she showed warmth, patience, and professionalism. Her natural ability to connect with our baby was clear from the start, and we always felt completely comfortable leaving our daughter with her. She is incredibly attentive to every need—feeding, diaper changes, naps, and playtime. Jo is extremely interactive and engaging during wake windows, does lots of outside time, and is very in tune with working towards developmental milestones. She brought a sense of calm to our home, followed our routines and preferences closely, and even offered helpful recommendations based on her experience, which we really appreciated. Our daughter truly lit up every time she arrived and was so happy with her throughout the day, which shows the loving bond she built even in a short time period. Beyond her exceptional care, Jo is always punctual and reliable. She communicates clearly and regularly throughout the day, sending us thoughtful updates and photos. We feel so lucky to have had her during such a critical time in our daughter’s life and will miss her dearly!
