What better person to take care of your precious child than a mother and grandmother herself. I have over 10yrs. Nanny experience from newborns, infants and teenagers. Jody was our daughter's nanny starting at 3 months old. She is very nurturing and always thinks of our daughter's best interests. Jody is willing to go above and beyond what you would expect of a typical nanny. Our daughter runs to the door when Jody arrives every morning. 

Jody nannied for our family for about a year and a half and was wonderful throughout that time! She views her role as a career, not just a job, and it never felt like she showed up without bringing her whole self with her. She brings passion and a vibrant, fun energy to all that she does, and our daughter took to her instantly. I felt an added layer of comfort and confidence leaving my daughter in her care knowing that Jody is both a mother and a grandmother, and she just has that mother's intuition. She became an extension of our family during her time as our nanny and will always be someone special to us. We feel so lucky to have had her as our nanny. We just love her and can't recommend her enough!

Jody has been with us for the last two years, taking care of our daughter since she was six months old. Our daughter loves "Nanny Jody" and they often do a large variety of fun things like arts and crafts, "camp-ins", throw rocks into the neighborhood creek in the summer, read, paint, and "host" tea parties. She was amazing with baby sign language, and a huge help when we started potty training.

Our daughter will start daycare/preschool twice a week in a couple months, which means we'll need to cut Jody's hours, unfortunately!

We were vacationing in Big Sky, MT for a week and needed someone to care for our children.  We were there with 3 other families so at any given time there were at least 5 children (2 infants and 3 toddlers) that needed care.  Each day we had 2 nannies, Jody being one of them.  She is diligent, responsible, and very experienced.  She brought them toys to play with, played with them, made their meals, read to them, organized the house and even ran errands for us.  I was uneasy with the  ideal of leaving my infant to hit the slopes but instantly felt comfortable with Jody.  We were lucky to have found her and would hire her again if we ever come back to Big Sky.

Jody worked for us for five months and assisted our family through a transitional period.  She is a very energetic person and fabulous caregiver.  She interacted well with our daughter and was an effective teacher who disguised the experience of learning.  Jody always found time to keep our home clean and organized.  I found her to be accommodating and flexible.  Search no further!


Update from my previous review: Jody stuck with us until just before the holidays 2014. She was our nanny for a year and was instrumental in helping to raise our daughter. She was dedicated to us as a family and endured long commutes in bad weather to be on time. Thinking back, our daughters face would just light up when Jody would walk in. They would dance and sing, color, go on walks and take trips to the library very frequently. Jody was very attentive in extending the routine we built. She stepped in seamlessly with a tiny infant and was very good at adapting to the various stages of the first year (not to mention patience with teething, illness, sleep regression, etc.!) Any family would be lucky to get Jody.
