I'm passionate about helping young learners unlock their full potential. With a graduate degree and 20 years of experience, I create engaging, supportive, and patient learning environments. I vary my teaching strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions to cater to individual learning styles. I break down complex problems into manageable steps and celebrate small successes to build momentum. Communication is essential, so I provide regular updates to students and parents. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I have a car and am comfortable tutoring at the student's home, teacher's home, library, or coffee shop. I can help with Math, English, Science, and Test Preparation at the elementary level. I also hold certifications in CPR and First Aid. I'd love to help your child thrive and foster a lifelong love of learning.
