About Johanna

I'd describe my personality as friendly, creative and patient. I like working with kids because I enjoy watching them grow and learn. Seeing the wonder in their eyes makes my heart happy. I'm looking for a job that works with my summer schedule, preferably a flexible and friendly environment. I started working with kids when I was a young girl, 11. I took care of children of all ages, I continued on into adulthood by working with adolescents in a group home setting. I moved from there into being an assistant preschool teacher and later preschool teacher. I have my own children as well. In my spare time, I'm an avid painter and crafter. I enjoy hiking and the outdoors but I prefer capturing it with a camera more. Spending time with my family, and playing games is definitely a favorite. One thing you should know about me is I am passionate, trustworthy and fun. My skills include problem solving, safety, sense of humor, clear communication, patience, creativity and compassion.
